I am enrolled in Automatic Payments. Can I make a late payment?

You may have the ability to postpone your next scheduled payment.

Visit Automatic Payments. If eligible, the ‘Postpone’ option will be available for selection.

Postponement of your payment may not be available for one of the following reasons:

  • Your policy is paid in full.
  • You are not currently within 11 days of your due date.
  • You have already postponed your current scheduled payment.
  • We have already processed your current scheduled payment.

I am not enrolled in Automatic Payments. Can I make a late payment?

You can make a late payment if we have not canceled your policy for non-payment. If your payment is not received by the scheduled due date, you will receive a cancellation notice with the final date we will accept a payment to keep your policy active.
