In this article, we will be looking at Bunnings Click and Collect. Bunnings is an Australian household hardware chain. The chain has been owned by Wesfarmers since 1994 and has stores in Australia and New Zealand.
Click & Collect
Online shopping is made easy with Click & Collect. All eligible warehouses in Australia are now stocking the product!
Customers can use Click & Collect in most stores, which includes stocked key items. Products marked “Buy online” and “Pick up in-store” are eligible. You’ll receive confirmation that your order is ready to pick up once it’s been processed. Bring your confirmation email and photo ID to the front of the store’s online pick-up counter.
Where do I collect my item from in-store?
Except in NSW, VIC, and ACT, where Click & Collect is currently unavailable, your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the dedicated online pick-up counter at the front of our store.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Our VIC, NSW, and ACT stores do not currently offer Click & Collect. Customers in Victoria, New South Wales, and the Australian Capital Territory can still order items online using Click & Collect and Drive & Collect. Please be aware that due to a high volume of online orders in lockdown areas, your order may be delayed.
Orders placed by 4 p.m. will be ready to pick up from 9 a.m. the next day*. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?
Simply come into the store you placed your order with, and we’ll happily assist you with a return or exchange.
