Bunnings Click and Collect- Questions on Order

WHY CAN’T I SEE CLICK AND COLLECT STORES?

You can Click & Collect at all of our warehouses in Victoria (excluding Brunswick, East Pakenham and Werribee), New South Wales (excluding Carlingford, Gordon, Valley Heights and Warringah Mall), Western Australia (East Victoria Park, Kalamunda), Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and ACT.

These products will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

How does Click & Collect differ from the current Special Orders Online offer?

Special Orders identifies our extended range that is not stocked in-store. These products are ordered once an order is placed and have longer lead times.

Why do I need to provide my address when ordering online and picking up from store?

We currently require full address details to help validate customer identification.

Why do you need my phone number?

In the event a store needs to reach you, providing your phone number will allow us to reach you directly to discuss your order.

How quickly can I collect my order after buying it online?

1. Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pick-up the next day from 9am, excluding Christmas Day and Good Friday.

2. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You’ll be contacted via email when your order is ready for collection.

How will I know my order was successful?

After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email.
