To cancel an order, please contact Bunnings for a full refund via our Customer Support team on 1800 797 586, available between 5am and 12pm AEST daily.

Where do I collect my item from in-store?

Your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the dedicated online pick-up counter at the front of our store, except in NSW, VIC & ACT where Click & Collect is currently unavailable.

How long will my order take to process?

Click & Collect is currently unavailable at our VIC, NSW & ACT stores. VIC, NSW & ACT customers can still purchase the items they need online by using Click & Deliver and Drive & Collect. Please note that due to a high volume of online orders in lockdown areas, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order.

Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pick-up the next day from 9am*. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You’ll be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

What if I need to return an item(s) that I ordered?

Simply come into the store you placed your order with, and we’ll happily assist you with a return or exchange.
