What you need to do
If you do not have your income tax assessment yet, check that we have your correct contact details. You can do this in myIR or call us.
If you do not have your refund yet
Check that we have your correct bank account details. We’re no longer doing refunds by cheque, except in exceptional circumstances. You can check your details in myIR or call us.
We’ll process your assessment within 10 weeks of receiving it. If you do not have yours by then, let us know.
What happens next
When your income tax assessment arrives, check it’s correct. If not, you can correct it in myIR or call us on 0800 227 774.
