Who is eligible for USCIS?

Lawful permanent residents, or LPRs (individuals with green cards), refugees, those who have been given asylum or a stay of removal or deportation, and conditional immigrants all fall under the category of “qualified” immigrants. individuals who have been given parole by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for a minimum of one year.
