On your cellphone:

  1. Dial the short code *120*176#
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click Send
  4. Select option 1. Cash Voucher and click Send
  5. Enter amount and click Send
  6. Your newly created voucher will be displayed

On the internet:

  1. Enter the following link into your browser https://celbux.appspot.com
  2. Log into your account by typing in your cellphone number and password and click the Login button
  3. Click Pay
  4. Enter amount
  5. Click Done

What happens if you do not withdraw the total amount of the voucher? If you transacted with a cash voucher, your change will be added to your cash balance
