On the web channel, you can click on the voucher and a “reverse” option will appear. If you click on this, the funds in the voucher are reversed to your cash balance.
On USSD there is currently no option to reverse a voucher.
Students can simply follow these steps:
1. Dial the short code *134*176# from your cellphone.
2. Enter your password Click Send Select option 3 to see your book voucher/coupon number (eg 225 *********)
3. This voucher/coupon number can then be used to make you buy anything on the website.
4. You enter this number in the sBux payment option and you also enter the amount to be withdraw from your book voucher/coupon.
