2025 Bridging Programme Intake – Welwitchia University

The Welwitchia Bridging Programme offers tutorial classes for Grade 11 and 12 students aiming to improve their academic performance. The courses available under the Namibian Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO) Level (New Grade 11) help students achieve the necessary qualifications for higher education.

Campuses with Limited Places

The 2025 Bridging Programme will be offered at multiple campuses across Namibia. However, places are limited, so early application is advised. The available campuses are:

  • Oshikuku

  • Walvis Bay
  • Windhoek

Entry Requirements and Key Dates

Basic Entry Requirements

To be eligible for the Bridging Programme, students must meet specific academic requirements. Ensure you have all necessary documents and qualifications ready before applying.

Important Dates

  • Applications and Registration: Opens on 17th November 2023 and closes on 26th January 2025.
  • Classes Commence: 29th January 2025.

Preference will be given to bridging students who wish to enroll in further studies at Welwitchia University, provided they pass the required aptitude and oral tests.

    • On the first page, choose “Windhoek” under the Institute and “Bridging Programme” as your desired programme. Then, click “Proceed.”
    • On the second page, select your preferred campus for the Bridging Programme.
  3. Pay the Application Fee: The non-refundable fee is N$230.00. Ensure the payment is made to one of the following bank accounts and attach the proof of payment to your application form.
