TVET Programmes for January 2025 Intake

  1. Office Administration Level 3 & 4

  1. Welding and Metal Fabrication – Levels 2 & 4
  2. Automotive Engineering Foundation – Level 2

Entry Requirements

For Level 1 & 2 Programmes

  • Academic Qualifications: Grade 10 Certificate with 23 points or Grade 11/12 with 20 points
  • Subject Requirements: At least an E in English, Mathematics, and Physical Science
  • Age Limit: No age restriction

For Level 3 Programmes

  • Prerequisite: A Level 2 certificate issued by the Namibia Training Authority (NTA)

For Level 4 Programmes

  • Prerequisite: A Level 3 certificate

Application Guidelines for 2025

To ensure a smooth application process, follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Form Completion: Fill out the application form in BLOCK LETTERS using black ink.
  2. Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of N$150 is required. Payment should be made via direct bank deposit.
  3. Supporting Documents: Include certified copies of your birth certificate or identity card, relevant academic certificates, and your latest school results.
  4. Payment Proof: Attach proof of payment to your application form. Do not send cash.
  5. Submission Deadline: Hand-delivered or posted applications must reach NAMCOL by 25th November 2025. Late applications will not be considered.
