How to register with SAQA

To begin your registration, visit the SAQA registration portal at SAQA Registration Link. This online platform streamlines the process, making it easier and faster to complete your application.

Step 2: Obtain and Complete the Application Form

You have two options to obtain the application form:

  • Online: Complete your application directly on the SAQA portal (recommended).
  • Offline: Obtain the application form from SAQA, fill it out, and submit it as per the instructions provided.

Ensure that all sections of the application form are thoroughly completed.

Step 3: Payment of Fees

Ensure that you make the necessary payment in ZAR (South African Rand). Attach proof of payment to your application. SAQA requires this to process your application efficiently.

Step 4: Submit Certified Documents

Attach legible and certified true copies of all required documents. These typically include:

  • Educational certificates
  • Professional qualifications
  • Other relevant credentials

Ensure that all documents are certified to avoid delays in processing.

Step 5: Provide Identification

Include a copy of a legitimate identification document (ID) with your application. This can be a passport, national ID card, or any other recognized form of identification.

Step 6: Translate Foreign Documents

If any of your documents are in a foreign language, you must provide sworn translations into English. SAQA requires both the original document and the sworn translation to be submitted together.
