You can check your Telkom balances using the USSD method which is by dialing *188#. The balance will be displayed on your screen within seconds.

How to check Telkom data balance

• Step 1. Navigate to your Telkom app on your smartphone. To learn how to download the Telkom app onto your smartphone, click here

Step 2. Login or register your Telkom Account

Step 3. Navigate to the Accounts Tab, and view the balances of your active Telkom services.

In case you had an account but forgot your password, you can simply request for a new password and it will be instantly sent to your email account.
