What is SSC or What does SSC Stand For?

The full form of SSC is Staff Selection Commission.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an important organization under the Government of India which takes care of the recruitment aspect for different posts for various ministries, departments and offices.

The Staff Selection Commission is one of the major bodies of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) which has a Chairman, two Members and a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations.
