NFL Week 12 picks

The NFL season is in full swing, and Week 12 is set to be another exciting one. With the playoffs just around the corner, every game is crucial, and this week’s slate of matchups features some of the league’s top teams.

As Canadians, we have a unique perspective on the NFL, and our picks reflect that. Here are our Week 12 predictions, with a Canadian twist:

Game 1: Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions (-8)

This Thanksgiving matchup should be a close one. The Packers are coming off a tough loss to the Cowboys, but they still have Aaron Rodgers at quarterback, and he’s always a threat to win. The Lions, on the other hand, are playing some of the best football in the league, and they’re hungry for a playoff spot.

Pick: Lions -8

Game 2: San Francisco 49ers (-7) at Seattle Seahawks

The 49ers are one of the hottest teams in the NFL, and they’re looking to continue their winning streak against the Seahawks. Seattle is always a tough opponent at home, but they’re struggling this season, and they’ll need a big effort to pull off an upset.

Pick: 49ers -7

Game 3: Pittsburgh Steelers (-1) at Cincinnati Bengals

This AFC North rivalry is always a good one, and this week’s matchup should be no exception. The Steelers have won the last two meetings between these teams, but the Bengals are playing well at home, and they’re eager to avenge those losses.

Pick: Bengals -1

Game 4: Kansas City Chiefs (-9) at Las Vegas Raiders

The Chiefs are looking to bounce back from a disappointing loss to the Titans, and they should have an easy time against the Raiders. Las Vegas is in a tailspin, and they’re unlikely to be able to keep up with Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ high-powered offense.

Pick: Chiefs -9

Game 5: Baltimore Ravens (-3.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Ravens are another team that’s struggling, but they should be able to get back on track against the Jaguars. Jacksonville is one of the worst teams in the NFL, and they’ll need a miracle to win this game.

Pick: Ravens -3.5

Game 6: New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons (+3.5)

This NFC South rivalry is always a close one, and this week’s matchup should be no exception. The Saints are the better team, but the Falcons are always tough to beat at home.

Pick: Saints -3.5

Game 7: Houston Texans at Cleveland Browns (-7)

The Browns are looking to make a late playoff push, and they should be able to take care of the Texans. Houston is one of the worst teams in the NFL, and they’ll be no match for Baker Mayfield and the Browns’ offense.

Pick: Browns -7

Game 8: New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles (-6.5)

The Eagles are one of the best teams in the NFL, and they should be able to easily dispatch the Giants. New York is struggling, and they’ll need a big effort to pull off an upset.

Pick: Eagles -6.5

Game 9: Tennessee Titans at Tennessee Titans (-6)

This is a strange matchup, but the Titans should be able to take care of business against the Texans. Houston is one of the worst teams in the NFL, and they’ll be no match for Derrick Henry and the Titans’ running game.

Pick: Titans -6

Game 10: Los Angeles Rams (-4.5) at Arizona Cardinals

The Rams are looking to make a late playoff push, and they should be able to take care of the Cardinals. Arizona is one of the worst teams in the NFL, and they’ll be no match for Matthew Stafford and the Rams’ offense.

Pick: Rams -4.5

Game 11: Buffalo Bills (-4) at New Orleans Saints

This is a tough one to call, but the Bills should be able to edge out the Saints. New Orleans is a good team, but they’re struggling on offense, and they’ll need a big effort to beat Josh Allen and the Bills.

Pick: Bills -4

Game 12: Chicago Bears at Green Bay Packers (-7.5)

The Packers should be able to easily take care of the Bears. Chicago is one of the worst teams in the NFL, and they’ll be no match for Aaron Rodgers and the Packers’ offense.

Pick: Packers -7.5
