KPMG’s Global Internship Program (GIP) is your chance to jump-start your global career through a four-week rotation in another country. This is not a vacation or job shadow program. Global interns are assigned to client engagement teams and work alongside talented KPMG professionals.
What does KPMG look for in interns?
Much of the criteria that recruiters look at is standard, such as GPA. KPMG also prioritizes candidates with the ability to multitask and manage their time between competing priorities. It’s paramount to have excellent communications skills, which they assess in meetings with students.
Do KPMG interns get paid?
Most interns at KPMG are paid approximately $24 an hour, according to jobs and salary website Glassdoor. Notably, all companies on the Top 100 internship list also pay their interns.
