- Go to the University of Free State (UFS) Admission Portal via: https://www.ufs.ac.za/
- Log in with your Application Details, i.e Your username, and password or index number.
- Navigate to the Admission Letter section to download and print your acceptance letter.
The application status can be one of the following:
- Received: Your application has been received by this Institution and is being processed.
- Pending: Your application is still being processed.
- Offer Made: You have been offered a place at the university.
- Waitlisted: You have been placed on a waitlist for a place at the university.
- Declined: Your application has been declined.
Congratulations if you see your name as being accepted into the University. If your application status is “Received” or “Pending”, you can check back regularly to see if it has changed. If your application status is “Offer Made”, you will need to accept
