To check your SAQA status, you would like to check the status of your application, log into your online application profile using your registered username and password. Then select the ‘Current Applications’ option and one of the following application statuses will appear:
• Submitted; meaning that SAQA has not received your application pack but acknowledges that you have lodged an online application and a submission number has been issued to you.
CHECK THE STATUS OF FOREIGN INSTITUTIONS
OR
That your application has not met the requirements and has been rejected as a non-compliant application.
• Received; meaning that SAQA has received and accepted your application pack, and that your application is being processed. The estimated date of completion will be communicated via the contact details you provided.

• Suspended; meaning that your application has been placed on hold because additional information which is important for the evaluation process is needed from institutions. Please note that SAQA does not have control over the duration institutions take to respond in this regard.
• Completed; meaning that your application has successfully reached the completion phase and that your certificate of evaluation has been issued.
OR
That your file has been closed due to unattainable information over an extended period. You will be notified of this via the contact details you provided.
