Founded in 2005, Horizons ETFs became previously called BetaPro Management Inc., a subsidiary of Jovian Capital Corp, which traded in direct-commodities related ETFs, leveraged ETFs, and inverse ETFs. The ex-dividend date for distributions is expected to be July 28, 2026 for all ETFs except Horizons High Interest Savings ETF (“CASH”). The ex-dividend date for the cash distribution is expected to be July 29, 2026. The cutoff date for all ETFs is July 29, 2026. Distributions on each ETF security will be paid in cash on or about August 11, 2026 or, if the security holder elects the dividend reinvestment plan of the related ETF, in additional securities of the related ETF. will be reinvested in
