To access the eServices platform:

- Click on the “CUSTOMER REGISTRATION” link on the CIPC website.

- Enter your ID or passport number and complete the required fields.
- Set a secure password.
- Login:
- Use your customer code and password to log in.
- Note: Passwords and security codes are case-sensitive.
Password Reset
If you forget your password:
- Click on “PASSWORD RESET” on the login page.
- Enter your customer code.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered cellphone number.
- Confirm the OTP and set a new password.
