Customer Registration & Login

To access the eServices platform:

1. Register as a Customer:
   • Click on the “CUSTOMER REGISTRATION” link on the CIPC website.
   • Specify whether you are South African or not.
   • Enter your ID or passport number and complete the required fields.
   • Set a secure password.
2. Login:
   • Use your customer code and password to log in.
   • Note: Passwords and security codes are case-sensitive.

Password Reset

If you forget your password:

1. Click on “PASSWORD RESET” on the login page.
2. Enter your customer code.
3. An OTP will be sent to your registered cellphone number.
4. Confirm the OTP and set a new password.
