If you are planning to apply to the International University of Management (IUM) in Namibia for the 2025 academic year, follow this step-by-step guide to complete your online application successfully.

Step 1: Access the IUM Online Application Portal

  1. Visit the IUM official website: https://ium.edu.na
  2. Click on Student Portal or Online Application.
  3. Select New Application if you are a first-time applicant.

Step 2: Create an Account

  • Enter your personal details such as full name, email, and contact number.
  • Create a secure password and confirm your registration.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you; click the link to verify your account.

Step 3: Complete Your Application Form

  1. Personal Information: Enter your date of birth, nationality, and ID/passport details.
  2. Academic Details: Provide details of your previous education, including secondary school qualifications.
  3. Course Selection: Choose your desired program and study mode (full-time, part-time, or distance learning).

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

Ensure you upload clear scanned copies of the following documents:

  • Certified copy of ID or passport
  • Academic certificates (Grade 12 results or equivalent)
  • Proof of payment for the application fee
  • Passport-sized photo
  • Additional documents (if applicable, such as previous tertiary qualifications)

Step 5: Pay the Application Fee

  • Payment can be made via bank deposit, EFT, or online payment.
  • Keep the proof of payment and upload it to the portal.

Step 6: Submit Your Application

  • Review all entered details for accuracy.
  • Click Submit Application.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your application reference number.

Step 7: Track Your Application Status

  • Log in to the portal regularly to check for updates.
  • Admission decisions will be communicated via email and the application portal.
