How to Apply

Manual Applications

  • Submit completed forms with supporting documents to the Admissions Desk or regional centers.

Online Applications

  • Access the “Prospective Students” link on the NUST website.
  • Complete the biographical information, create a PIN, and upload required documents in PDF format.
  • Pay an application fee of N$150 using a debit/credit card.

Required Documents

  • Certified copies of your ID or passport.
  • Proof of payment.
  • Latest school results (Grade 11/12).
  • For postgraduate applications: certified copies of qualifications, transcripts, and a proposal (for master’s and doctoral programs).
