Asbestos EWC Code

When waste is moved or disposed of you must use a waste transfer note/consignment note. This describes the waste, producer of the waste and the disposal point. A standard coding system classifies and describes the type of waste. These are called EWC Codes (European Waste Codes) as specified in the List Of Waste Regulations.
