Even though we’re spread out across the country #TeamCSD is just that, a team! We have so many talented people here. No matter what project you’re working on, you can trust that your teammates are as dedicated and capable as you are to getting the job done.
We’re not your everyday 9-5 job
Need to drop your kids off? Take a midday exercise class? Walk your dog? Go to an appointment? Try out a new time zone? Do it! At CSD it doesn’t matter when you do your work, as long as you do the job, it gets done. Our FlexLeave program means we don’t necessarily count your vacation time, we trust you.
Remote doesn’t mean isolated
We can’t build a strong community if we aren’t one to begin with. Between our biannual in-person company-wide summits, Fantasy Football leagues, in-depth discussions, and plenty of gif-sharing, CSD employees find creative ways to bond.
