Gitam CDL was established on a unique day 09-09-2009, recognized by Distance Education Council (DEC) on the recommendation of the Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC. CDL started offering 13 programs w.e.f the academic year 2009-10 with an enrollment of 1804. Continuation of recognition is sanctioned by Distance Education Bureau (DEB), UGC, New Delhi for the academic years from 2018-19 to 2026-20.

Examination Schedule
Exams will be announced in the month of March / April for Academic Year (AY) and September / October for Calendar Year (CY) every year. Examination Time Table will be also announced accordingly.
