Jbims Interview Experience

The premier Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) has decided to scrap its group discussion and personal interview for admissions this year and be part of the centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by the state’s common entrance test (CET) cell.

The interviews this year lasted for about 10 mins on an average. The focus of all of them was the interviewee’s confidence. All the candidates were asked general questions about their lives, their strengths and weaknesses, their successes and failures etc. Very few, mostly freshers, were asked technical questions.

Experienced candidates were asked more questions related to their work-ex.
Overall, the process was not very stressful and a candidate with even an average profile coupled with good confidence had huge chances of converting.
