Looking for BMCC Bursar Office, the Office of the Bursar is operating remotely, Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Contact the Bursar by email: bursar@bmcc.cuny.edu  or phone: (212) 220-1300.

The Office of the Bursar handles all matters related to the billing and collection of tuition and fees.

Students may access CUNY First for tuition account information, payment due dates, and to remit payment by e-check or enroll in a payment plan.

Tuition and Fees

1. Residents of New York City who are:
a. Matriculated Students $ 2400.00 per semester$ 210.00 per credit

2. Non-Residents of New York City who are:

B-81 Form

Any student who lives in New York State but does not live in New York City may be eligible to pay the same tuition as a New York City resident. To pay New York City tuition, you must submit a B-81 Form to the Bursar’s Office NO LATER THAN THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES.

Senior Citizens

New York City residents who are 60 years old or older, and audit courses as non-matriculated students, are granted a tuition waiver and charged a $65 senior citizen fee per semester. Senior citizens are also charged the consolidated services fee and any penalty fee that may be incurred (i.e. program change or late registration fee); senior citizens do not pay Student Activities fees or application fees.

Note that tuition and fees indicated are subject to change by action of the Board of Trustees of the City university of New York.

Tuition Payment Plan

Payment plan options are available for the Fall, Spring and Summer terms. Enrollment in the payment plan allows you to set up monthly payments with a credit/debit card or with electronic check. To view a video on how to enroll in the payment plan, go to:

To enroll, log into CUNYfirst Self-Service and go to your Student Center.  Go to Finances and select Enroll/Manage Payment Plan.

Bill Payment Deadlines

Bill Payment due dates appear on your tuition account in CUNYfirst. Here are the steps to take:

  1. After you log in to CUNYfirst,  navigate to the Student Center page.
  2. Scroll down the Student Center page to the “Finance” section.
  3. Select the drop down box that indicates “Other Financial …”
  4. Choose “Charges due” and click the “Go” arrow to be taken to the charges due by semester.

Summer 2026 Bill Payment Deadlines

  • If you register before May 30, 2026: Payment is due May 31, 2026
  • If you register June 1 – June 19th, 2026: – Payment is due June 20, 2026
  • If you register after June 21, 2026: Payment is due immediately

Fall 2026 Bill Payment Deadlines

  • If you register before June 30, 2026: Payment is due July 14, 2026
  • If you register July 1 – July 28, 2026: Payment is due August 11, 2026
  • If you register July 29 – August 18,  2026: Payment is due August 18, 2026
  • If you register after August 19, 2026: Payment is due immediately
