NSFAS Shuts Down Celbux Channel For Students
NSFAS has shut down the use of the Celbux channel for NSFAS allowances.
The financial aid scheme announced the following on social media:
Please be advised that the Celbux Website: http://Celbux.appspot.com, is no longer available for students.
They then advise students to conclude any NSFAS Wallet related transactions by dialling *120*176# from their cellphones.
NSFAS no longer uses the SBux channel and still uses Celbux for the NSFAS Wallet for TVET College students and deposits allowances in cash straight to student bank accounts for University students.
Your NSFAS Wallet will allow you to withdraw cash and/or spend at any merchant registered by NSFAS. Allowance amounts are determined through consultation with institutions, communicated to NSFAS when you register.
This Wallet is free so students will not have to worry about additional costs making using your allowances accessible and cost effective.
