With the CRA Login Services, CRA is gradually adding multi-factor authentication for all users which will help make your CRA sign-in services more secure! You can now add multi-factor authentication to your CRA sign-in services. Add this feature by signing in and following these instructions. Once you add this feature, it will be automatically added to all your CRA sign-in services.
If your CRA user ID and password have been revoked
Some taxpayers may have received a notification that their CRA user ID and password have been revoked. Visit CRA user ID and password have been revoked for more information.
Select the service you would like to sign in / register for.

Access someone else’s business or individual information, including your employer:

CRA sign-in services – forgot your user ID
If you are a new user, you have to register before you can use any of our CRA sign-in services.
If you have forgotten your CRA user ID for any of the following CRA sign-in services, you cannot recover it. You have to register again.
Tax information web service (includes Auto-fill my return, T2 Auto-fill, Express NOA, Account Information Retrieval Service, and Canada Digital Adoption Program)
If you have forgotten your CRA user ID for the Candidate profile service, you have to register for a new one by completing the Candidate profile recovery process. This will allow the new CRA user ID you register for during the recovery process, to be linked to your existing candidate profile.
