Download the app from your app store to get access to all of these details while you’re on the go. Once you’re in the app, go to Account Overview and then Account Details. Here, you will see the name of your plan and its details – you may need to scroll down a little.
How do I cancel my Vodacom Red Hot Deals?
You will not be able to cancel your recurring discounted bundle purchase on My Vodacom App.
- In order to cancel the recurring discounted bundle, call 082 1940.
- You will be asked a few questions in order to verify you are the account-holder or cardholder.
