With HDB Branch, you can locate your nearest HDB Branch based on your flat’s postal code, or block number and street name. We encourage you to transact with us electronically via our website or Mobile@HDB app, and to check the status of your existing transactions via My HDBPage.
e-Appointment at HDB Branch
This e-Service will allow you to make an appointment with your managing Branch for selected counter transactions.
- This form may take you about 5 minutes to complete.
- Please book your appointment at least 3 working days in advance and note that the next available date is within the next 4-8 working days.
- Changes to your appointment have to be made at least 3 working days in advance.
- The Branch Appointment E-service is mainly for existing HDB flat owners and registered occupiers. If you are not an existing HDB flat resident, you may only use the Branch Appointment E-Service for Parking Coupon and Demise of Owner matters. For all other services, please submit your request via HDB e-Feedback form. Our executives will be in touch with you as soon as we can.
- For enquiries relating to buying / selling a HDB flat and applying for HDB housing loans/grants, please submit your request via HDB e-Feedback form. Our executives will be in touch with you as soon as we can.
- To safeguard the well-being of our staff and customers, please reschedule your appointment if you are serving an Isolation Order (IO) or Stay Home Notice (SHN)/ have been issued with a Health Risk Warning (HRW) or are feeling unwell. You should only come for your appointment after you have been discharged and are feeling well.
Note: Please use “Login without Singpass” if you are booking the appointment on behalf of the flat owners (i.e. if you are the legal representative, next of kin etc).
