WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU HEAD TO TIAA BANK FIELD

before the game:

parking and arrival

  • Arrive early! Construction around the sports complex will impact traffic patterns on game day.
  • Lots open four hours prior to kickoff for tailgating.
  • Gates 1 & 4 open three hours prior to kickoff and all stadium gates open two hours prior to kickoff.
  • Please be a good teammate and stay home if you aren’t feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19.
  • Have your parking pass visible.

Bag Policy & Prohibited Items

  • Leave your bags at home!
  • Nonclear bags/wallets must be no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″. Clear bags must be no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″.
  • Tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) are prohibited.
  • For medical exception requests, please email myexperience@jaguars.com or on game day visit the nearest gate supervisor.

  • Have your ticket downloaded and ready before arriving at the entry gates.Guests are recommended to have their own mobile ticket.At our self-scan ticket kiosks, SCAN for secure digital tickets and TAP for nfc tickets in digital wallet.To easily access your tickets, download our Jaguars Mobile App.

cashless transactions

  • Cash is no longer accepted anywhere at the stadium.In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including JagsPay, Apple, Google and Samsung pay.

Stadium Enhancements

  • Enhanced entry experience with new shaded gates and added points of entry.
  • Don’t miss a minute of your event with our new self-service bar, TendedBar, located in the North Deck. Register with 3 easy steps, and order drinks for the rest of the game without having to use your ID or credit card again. 
  • Stadium improvements are on-going this season, including the Pride of the Jaguars and club seating.

Magnetometer Technology

  • Cell phone and keys can stay in your pockets with our advanced security checkpoints.With your clear bag in hand, you’ll be able to walk through entrance security with no hassle.Additional screening may be required by stadium personnel.

Mobile ordering

  • Mobile ordering will be available for pickup at concession stands to expedite speed of service.On Game Day:
    • Text* HUNGRY to 474747 for food pick-up.
    • Text* BEERME to 474747 for in-seat beverage delivery.

Face Coverings

  • In accordance with state and local guidelines, masks are recommended for unvaccinated guests.Those that are most vulnerable to COVID-19 should exercise extra caution.

Enhanced Cleaning

  • All public spaces and surfaces will be cleared prior to fan arrival and throughout game day.Certified Disinfection Specialists in blue vests will be actively cleaning on game day.Hand-sanitizing stations are available throughout the stadium.

Stay Cool & Hydrated

  • Guests are permitted to bring one, commercially-branded, factory-sealed, plastic, 16.9 oz. or less size bottle of water inside the gates at TIAA Bank Field.
  • Additional water-bottle filler stations have been installed at the stadium.
  • Guests needing to cool down are recommended to visit the south end zone plaza level or Daily’s Place for shaded areas.
  • Off the field, the Jaguars and TIAA Bank Field are transitioning to a cashless payment stadium ensuring contactless options for food, beverage and merchandise concessions purchases.  Cash will no longer be accepted at the stadium and ATMs have been removed from the premises.  In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap or scan payment options including JagsPay, Apple, Google and Samsung pay.

First Aid

  • First aid stations are located at sections 123, 410 and 436.
  • The stadium’s onsite medical team will be prepared to treat guests on-site.
  • If you’re in the stadium and begin to feel ill, you should seek help immediately.

Fan amenities

  • The Fan Entertainment Zone opens three hours prior to kickoff in the south end of the stadium.
  • Mobile charging stations are available throughout the stadium.
  • Mom Pods & Sensory Room are located on the plaza level in the south end zone.

  • Be a good teammate by abiding by all protocols and following the directions of stadium staff.
  • Those that do not, will be subject to disciplinary measures as outlined in the Fan Code of Conduct.
